We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for the UK, US, EU and Canada. The details vary by region:
UK, US, EU and Canada

One complimentary return shipment per purchase.

Exchanges: we will reserve your requested replacement pair and send it free of charge once we receive your return.

Additional shipments without a completed purchase will incur a fee: £20 (UK), $40 (US), C$50 (Canada), €30 (EU).
Japan, UAE, China, Hong Kong and Turkey

Any return or exchange shipment costs £30.
All Other Countries

Any return or exchange shipment costs £50.
Conditions

Notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel if you wish to return or exchange.

You then have another 14 days to send the item back (28 days total).

Shoes, dust bags and boxes must be unused and undamaged, with protective films under the soles intact.

Returns will be refunded within 14 calendar days of us receiving your item.
Delivery Fees

Original delivery fees are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty or damaged).
Any return or exchange will be accepted provided that the shoes, dust bags and box are unused and undamaged and the protective films under the soles haven’t been removed, as per our Terms and Conditions. Returns will be refunded as soon as possible, but anyway within 14 calendar days of us receiving the product.
