We deliver our products worldwide. Our rates include tracking, signature and insurance. Our partner couriers are DHL Express, UPS and UK Royal Mail. Delivery charges and times varies by Countries. See below the rates to ship one pair of shoes:

DELIVERY: Standard Free (2-3 business days).
RETURNS: Free
EXCHANGES: Free for one exchange of size and/or colour. Additional exchanges will be charged at £20.

DELIVERY: Standard $19 (5-6 business days)

DELIVERY: Standard C$35 (5-7 business days)

TAXES AND DUTIES
UK
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. There will be no extra charges.
USA
Orders under US$800 are free from any import duties and will not attract any extra taxes and fees. The parcel will be delivered to your shipping address without delays.
Orders over US$800 will be liable for taxes and import duties and the estimated amount is included in the total price at checkout. We operate a ‘Delivery Duty Paid’ (DDP) service, whereby Mastra Ma’ passes the taxes and duties that you paid at checkout to the courier, who then pays your Local Authorities. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery and the parcel will be sent to your shipping address without delays. However, if you decide to return the shoes, please note that the courier, hence Mastra Ma’, won’t be able to refund the relevant taxes and duties. To claim the refund of taxes and duties on returned goods, you will need to contact your Local Authorities directly.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
All orders may be liable for taxes, import duties and other fees which are NOT included in the price of the shoes. Upon the parcel reaching your country and before final delivery to your shipping address, the courier will collect from you the taxes, import duties and fees owed to your Local Authorities. Therefore, please expect additional costs on top of the price paid at checkout.
DELIVERY PROCESS
- Upon placing your order, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your order and inviting you to check that all the details provided are correct. We will also start preparing your order for shipment.
- Upon shipment being booked with our selected courier, we will send you an email including a link to track your parcel and estimated delivery date.
- The courier may send you notifications on status of your delivery via phone texts and emails.
- The courier will deliver the parcel only to the shipping address specified in the order confirmation.
- The courier will deliver to the person who placed the order only. Should this person not be present when the parcel is delivered, the courier will leave or send instruction as to how to arrange another delivery.
- If you want to receive your parcel to a convenient local Post Office® in the UK or a DHL, UPS service point in all other Countries, please do let us know in the Order Notes of the Checkout Form.
- Subject to availability, UK Royal Mail may be able to deliver on Saturdays. This service will be chargeable. If you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery, please let us know in the Order Notes of the Checkout Form.
