We deliver our products worldwide. Our rates include tracking, signature and insurance. Our partner couriers are DHL Express, UPS and UK Royal Mail. Delivery charges and times varies by Countries. See below the rates to ship one pair of shoes:

DELIVERY: Standard Free (2-3 business days).
RETURNS: Free
EXCHANGES: Free for one exchange of size and/or colour. Additional exchanges will be charged at £20.
US
DELIVERY: Standard $19 (5-6 business days)
RETURNS: Free
EXCHANGES: Free for one exchange of size and/or colour. Additional exchanges will be charged at $40
CANADA
DELIVERY: Standard C$35 (5-7 business days)
RETURNS: Free
EXCHANGES: Free for one exchange of size and/or colour. Additional exchanges will be charged at C$50
EU (including Norway and Switzerland)

EXCHANGES: you pay the return shipment and we send the replacement shoe for free, up to one exchange. Additional exchanges will be charged at £30

DELIVERY PROCESS
- Upon placing your order, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your order and inviting you to check that all the details provided are correct. We will also start preparing your order for shipment.
- Upon shipment being booked with our selected courier, we will send you an email including a link to track your parcel and estimated delivery date.
- The courier may send you notifications on status of your delivery via phone texts and emails.
- The courier will deliver the parcel only to the shipping address specified in the order confirmation.
- The courier will deliver to the person who placed the order only. Should this person not be present when the parcel is delivered, the courier will leave or send instruction as to how to arrange another delivery.
- If you want to receive your parcel to a convenient local Post Office® in the UK or a DHL, UPS service point in all other Countries, please do let us know in the Order Notes of the Checkout Form.
- Subject to availability, UK Royal Mail may be able to deliver on Saturdays. This service will be chargeable. If you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery, please let us know in the Order Notes of the Checkout Form.
