You may like to know that the alternate gold and silver studs are hand pierced one by one by a very patient lady who works in a small Italian city by the sea. The immaculate execution is a testament to the long-standing distinction of Italian shoe-making.

Storing your shoes. We recommend keeping your Mastra Ma’ shoes inside the provided dust-bags and box, out of contact with alcohol, oils, solvents and water. In order to maintain the shape of your shoes, you may fill them with tissue paper or use a shoe tree.

Cleaning and polishing. Please do not use any detergent. You may instead wipe your shoes with a dry cloth or, where appropriate, use leather care products in a neutral colour.

Please follow the instruction carefully and spot test the selected product in an inconspicuous area before use. The lining is made from smooth goatskin. You can gently remove impurities by using a clean damp cloth.

General recommendations. The soles are made from cuoio leather injected with rubber. Marking upon first use is part of the normal wear and tear process of the shoes and it is not a manufacturing defect. We do not recommend walking on water or under the rain with your Mastra Ma’ shoes, as this may alter both the soles and the uppers made of soft calf leather.

It is normal for the heel tips to deteriorate with extensive use. We do recommend changing the tips once they start to wear down and before the inner heels get damaged.

We deliver our products worldwide. You have 28 days to return or exchange. Our rates include tracking, signature and insurance. Our partner couriers are DHL Express, UPS and UK Royal Mail. Delivery charges and times varies by Countries. See below the rates to ship one pair of shoes:

USA

Orders under US$800 are free from any import duties and will not attract any extra taxes and fees. The parcel will be delivered to your shipping address without delays.

Orders over US$800 will be liable for taxes and import duties and the estimated amount is included in the total price at checkout. We operate a ‘Delivery Duty Paid’ (DDP) service, whereby Mastra Ma’ passes the taxes and duties that you paid at checkout to the courier, who then pays your Local Authorities. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery and the parcel will be sent to your shipping address without delays. However, if you decide to return the shoes, please note that the courier, hence Mastra Ma’, won’t be able to refund the relevant taxes and duties. To claim the refund of taxes and duties on returned goods, you will need to contact your Local Authorities directly.

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

All orders may be liable for taxes, import duties and other fees which are NOT included in the price of the shoes. Upon the parcel reaching your country and before final delivery to your shipping address, the courier will collect from you the taxes, import duties and fees owed to your Local Authorities. Therefore, please expect additional costs on top of the price paid at checkout.
