UK RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please provide your order number and email address in the below online form. This will notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item. For exchanges, please review our online boutique or contact us to check the availability of the desired shoe model and size.

What Next?

• We will review your return request and, if submitted within 14 days from the day you received your shoes, we will email you a free postage label within one business day from us receiving your request.
• Should you not receive your return shipping label and instructions within one business day, please contact us.
• Print the postage label and attach it to your parcel.
• Ensure to pack the parcel safely, in order to prevent damage during transport. Please use the same shipping box and protective packaging in which the shoes were delivered to you.
• Drop the parcel at your nearest Post Office within 14 days from the day you you sent us the notification.
